Confidence Landscaping, Inc. Receives Landscape Industry’s Top Honors for 2019
Confidence Landscaping was recently honored in Lake Tahoe at the 2019 California Landscape Contractors Association’s (CLCA) annual convention with two highly coveted awards: The Sweepstakes (Best of Show) Award and the Special Effects Award. The precision craftsmanship and unique elements of the Los Altos project, such as the custom trapezoid water feature in the rear garden and cantilevered steel entry arbor “stole the show” at the awards ceremony. Earlier in the year, Confidence Landscaping, Inc. was awarded the prestigious Herb Frank Memorial Award at the local CLCA ceremony for the same project.
These awards were presented to Jeff and Max Sheehan, a father and son team, and crew for the recently completed 18 month Los Altos project that caught the judges’ eyes. The project encompassed a complete renovation of the half-acre property to accompany the tear-down and rebuild of the client’s home by a local general contractor. “This is an amazing honor and we are humbled. It was truly a team effort, from design through installation” says Jeff Sheehan, company President and Registered Landscape Architect.
